After leaving Forecast Sunny I was recruited through Indeed by Mortgage Marketing Animals. I started as their full-time Social Media Manager in February of 2023. Unfortunately, I had to resign shortly after due to a serious family illness that needed my attention. My immediate Manager kept in touch with me throughout the year and asked me to come back if I was interested. I did, but after 5 months, MMA merged with a Digital Marketing Agency that focused on the Mortgage Lending Marketing industry. They had their own team and I was no longer needed.

** A Quick note about the frequent change in roles I experienced in 2023 ** In my opinion, "quiet quitting" gets a lot of attention but quiet firing through unintentional (and deliberate) behavior is a serious problem in the post-COVID shift to remote work.
